Strawberry Cake Roll
|Flour||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Beat eggs with electric mixer until thick; beat in sugar gradually.
Blend in 1 /3 cup water and vanilla at low speed.
Fold in flour mixture by hand until ba'tter is smooth.
Turn into greased and paper-lined 15 x 10-inch bak- ing pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Turn out onto powdered sugar-sprinkled towel; peel off paper.
Roll cake up in towel; cool.
Unroll; spread with whipped cream and strawberries.
