Strawberry Cake

A moist, delicious cake that is perfect for the spring. Super fast and easy to make.
Ingredients
For cake
  White cake mix 18 1⁄4 Ounce
  Strawberry jello 3 Ounce
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 4
  Frozen strawberries and juice 20 Ounce, drained, liquid reserved
For icing
  Confectioner's sugar 1 Pound
  Butter 3 Ounce, softened
For greasing
  Cooking spray 3 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
2. Spray a 9X13 inches baking pan with cooking spray.

MAKING
3. Mix together cake mix and Jell-O. Add oil and water, mix well. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beat at a slow speed. Fold in the strawberries using a spatula.
4. Pour the mixture in the prepared pan and bake at 325F for 35 to 45 minutes or until tip of an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
5. For the icing: With a hand-mixer blend together sugar, softened butter and reserved strawberry. Spread over the cake and refrigerate.

SERVING
6. Garnish with strawberries, cut into pieces and serve.
