Ingredients
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Shelled shrimp 1 Pound
  Potatoes 2 Medium
  Onion 1 Medium
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

"Grind shrimp, potatoes and onion in food chopper.
Mix well; add seasonings.
Shape into patties; dip into egg.
Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown.
"
