Codfish Cakes

Ingredients
  Cooked codfish 2 Cup (32 tbs), flaked
  Mashed potato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the ingredients and taste check for seasoning
2) Using the hands shape into 8 cakes
3) Place the cakes into the refrigerator for about 2 hours
4) In a skillet, melt in the butter or fat
5) Fry the cakes till browned on both sides

SERVING
6) Serve the fish with hot or cold tomato sauce
