Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, undrained
  Bananas 2 , mashed
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For icing
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioner sugar 16 Ounce
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2)Take a bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.mix well.
3)Now carefully add the dry ingredients and mix till moist.
4)Now pick 3 9 inch cake pans and grease them. Dust with flour as well.
5)Now divide the batter equally into these pans.
6)Bake them for 25 minutes to 30 minutes till done.cool on racks.
7)Now make icing.Pick a bowl,add cream cheese and butter and mix well.
8)Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
9)Now add this icing to each layer of cake,on sides and on top .

SERVING
10)Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
