|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cocoa||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate frosting||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Pre-heat oven to 350 F
In a wide mouth bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir in eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and blend well using a hand blender or an electric mixer.
Pour boiled water, stirring continuously to not form lumps.
Line small or medium sized muffin cups with paper bake layers.
Fill the cups with the batter, remember to fill in only 3/4 .
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the mix is done
Remove and let cool.
Makes about 30 cupcakes
