Coffee Cake Supreme

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 8 Ounce
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, cream the butter and sugar using an electric mixer
2) Into another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together a few times
3) Combine the baking soda and the sour cream together
4) Add the flour alternatively, into the batter and finish mixing the batter with the flour
5) Add in the vanilla and keep aside
6) Grease a bundt pan well and dust with flour
7) Combine together the brown sugar, cinnamon and the chopped nuts for the streusel topping
8) Spoon into the bundt pan the batter and top with a third of the streusel
9) Repeat the layers, finishing with the streusel topping
10) Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 350 F
11) Allow to cool in the cake pan for 10 minutes and then turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.

SERVING
12) Slice and serve with coffee or tea.
