Orange Brunch Cake

Ingredients
  Frozen orange juice 16 Ounce (1 Container / Measuring 3/4 Cup)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), coarsely chopped
For topping
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan
2) Into a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup orange juice, flour, sugar, soda, salt, butter, milk and eggs
3) Using an electric mixer, blend at low speed
4) Increase the speed and continue to beat again
5) Fold in the raisins and nuts
6) Pour the batter into the cake tin
7) Bake in a preheated oven for 350 at 40 minutes
8) Once the cake is cooled in the pan, drizzle in the remaining orange juice
9) Sprinkle in the topping, made by mixing together the sugar, chopped and cinnamon powder

SERVING
10) Cut into wedges and serve
