Banana Oat Cake

Ingredients
  Oat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn free baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Bananas 3 , mashed
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl sift the oat flour before measuring, also soft the baking powder and salt
2) Into another bowl, beat the egg, oil and honey with a fork
3) Tip in the mashed banana to the egg mixture and mix well
4) Mix together the wet and the dry ingredients
5) Into a greased square tin pour in the batter
6) Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes

SERVING
7) Slice and serve warm
