Glazed Chocolate Cake
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Candy||2 Tablespoon (For Sprinkle)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Coat the baking pan with shortening.
In a mixing bowl , combine cocoa, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix them well.
Add butter, vanilla extract, eggs, and milk.
Slowly mix with an electric beater.
Mix for 2 minutes.
Mix fast for another 2 minutes.
Pour the mix into cake pan.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for half an hour.
Medium heat the saucepan.
Add orange juice to the pan.
add brown sugar, butter, and cocoa.
High heat the pan, stir, and bring them to boil.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Set the pan aside.
Pour the glaze in a spiral form around the cake.
Sprinkle with cake candy.
