Fish Cakes

Ingredients
  Fish 5 Pound, boiled (Any Variety)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
  Eggs 12
  Parsley flakes 6 Tablespoon
  Old bay 1 Dash
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Breadcrumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Lemon wedges 3
Directions

MAKING
1)Take a colander,drain the fish and let it rest and cool.
2)Mix the onion,celery,eggs and seasonings with the boiled fish.
3)Mix it well to combine the flavours.
4)Add the breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together.
5)Pat them into cakes.
6)Heat the oil,and fy till golden.Or grill them.

SERVING
7)Serve with lemon wedges.
