Ingredients
  Egg whites 5 (At Room Temperature)
  Sugar substitute 3 Teaspoon (6 Packets)
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant decaffeinated coffee 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Gelatin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)
  Egg yolks 4 (At Room Temperature)
  Mocha extract 2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 275° F.
2 Lightly grease a 3 round layer cake pans with butter.

MAKING
3 In a bowl, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks.
4 Add 1 packet sugar substitute and beat until stiff.
5 Divide the whites equally among 3 pans.
6 Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.

SERVING
7 Cut and serve.
