Coffee Cream Layer Cake
|Egg whites||5 (At Room Temperature)|
|Sugar substitute||3 Teaspoon (6 Packets)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant decaffeinated coffee||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)|
|Egg yolks||4 (At Room Temperature)|
|Mocha extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
1 Preheat the oven to 275° F.
2 Lightly grease a 3 round layer cake pans with butter.
3 In a bowl, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks.
4 Add 1 packet sugar substitute and beat until stiff.
5 Divide the whites equally among 3 pans.
6 Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
7 Cut and serve.
