|Sunflower oil||2 Tablespoon|
1) Take a bowl and grate coconut in it. Add sunflower oil and blend. In case a softer and more buttery texture is desired, you can add about 3 tablespoons oil.
2) Use the topping on your favorite cake and enjoy!
