No-Bake Fruitarian Cake
|Dates||6 Ounce, chopped (170 gram)|
|Apricots||6 Ounce, chopped (115 gram)|
|Cashews||2 Ounce, milled (55 gram)|
|Sunflower seeds/Chopped nuts||1 Ounce (30 gram, any kind)|
|Millet flakes/Desiccated coconut||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
1) Take a pastry blender and blend together nuts, fruits and seeds. Pound the ingredients with a potato masher or heavy wooden spoon.
2) Flatten the mixture and roll in desiccated coconut or millet flakes.
3) Cut into pieces and serve.
