Chocolate Sponge Layer Cake
|Soy flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar substitute||8 Gram (8 packets)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate extract||1 Teaspoon|
1 Preheat the oven to 325° F.
2 Lightly grease a 8-inch layer pan.
3 In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa together.
4 In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar substitute until very thick.
5 Stir in the extracts.
6 Gradually fold in to the flour mixture.
7 Pour the batter in the prepared layer pan.
8 Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
9 Serve as desired.
