Microwave Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  Blueberry muffin mix 13 Ounce
  Instant coffee 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, make the muffin mix as per the intructions and add the coffee. Stir well.
2)Now take a baking dish, line with wax paper and pour this batter.
3)On BAKE(6), cook for 5 minutes.Turn the dish to cook evenly once.
4)On HIGH(9) cook for 3 minutes.
5)Once cooked, remove and transfer to serving plate.

SERVING
6) Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon before serving.
