Spice Cake

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Soy flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Sugar substitute packets 8
  Brandy 1 Teaspoon, extract
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 325° F.
2 Lightly grease an 8-inch layer pan

MAKING
3 In a pan, scald the cream and remove from the heat.
4 In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and spices together.
5 In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar substitute until very thick.
6 Gradually, blend in the flour mixture until smooth.
7 Gently fold the warm cream and extracts in the mixture.
8 Pour the batter immediately into the prepared layer pan.
9 Bake for 40 minutes, or until done.

SERVING
10 Cut and serve.
