Quick Holiday Cake
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||2 Tablespoon (Undiluted)|
|Mixed candied fruits||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Broken nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cake||1 (8 X 8 X 2 Inch Size)|
1 Preheat the broiler.
2 In a bowl, blend together butter, sugar and milk.
3 Add in fruits, nuts and coconut.
4 Put cake on a baking sheet.
5 Evenly spread the fruit mixture on top.
6 Place under preheated broiler, for about 2-3 minutes or until delicate brown and bubbly.
7 Cut and serve.
