Almond Chocolate Cake
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Chocolate cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, 2 Layer)|
|Whipped cream/Ice cream||1 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.Using 2 tablespoons butter, grease a 10 inch tube pan.
3.Also grease the center tube 3/4 of the way up sides.
4.Sprinkle almonds and rotate the pan to get them all coated well.
5.Add a sprinkling of sugar.
6.Follow the instructions and prepare the cake mix.
7.Pour the batter in prepared pan and bake for 55- 60 minutes by placing it on the bottom rack of oven.
8.Once done, let the cake sttle at room temperature for 10 minutes.
9.Serve the cake with whipped cream or ice cream.
