Carob Honey Cake

Ingredients
  Wheat germ flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Carob 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Kelp 1 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 6
  Egg whites 6 , beaten stiff
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Pure vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°.

MAKING
2) In a large bowl sieve dry ingredients.
3) Mix oil, honey, egg yolks, vanilla and water.
4) In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Keep aside.
5) In an electric mixer beat first mixture for 4 minutes at high speed.
6) Mix raisins and fold in egg whites.
7) Bake for an hour.

SERVING
10) Serve with nuts or sunflower seeds sprinkled on top.
