Easy Fruit Cake Glaze
|Light corn syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a small saucepan, tip in the corn syrup, lemon juice and water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes till done. This will make ¼ cup.
2. Serve as a glaze on cakes, cupcakes, muffins or as a dipping sauce.
