Easy Fruit Cake Glaze

Ingredients
  Light corn syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, tip in the corn syrup, lemon juice and water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes till done. This will make ΒΌ cup.

SERVING
2. Serve as a glaze on cakes, cupcakes, muffins or as a dipping sauce.
