Iced Coffee Cake
|Streusel topped coffee cake||9 Inch (Ready Made, Square Shaped)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unsifted)|
|Hot water||2 Teaspoon|
|Almond extract||2 Drop|
1. Preheat an oven to 175C (350F).
2. Place readymade coffee cake on a baking tray and heat for 10 minutes in the pre heated oven.
3. In a medium sized bowl, combine almond extract, sugar and hot water and mix well till smooth in consistency.
4. Pour almond sugar mixture over warm coffee cake. Cut into 16 pieces and serve immediately.
