Orange Chocolate Cream Cake
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange peel||4 Tablespoon, grated|
|Frozen frosted orange cake||13 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen frosted chocolate cake||14 Ounce (1 Package)|
1 In a bowl, whip the cream.
2 Stir in 2 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons grated orange peel.
3 Split orange cake lengthwise, in half , to make 2 layers.
4 Repeat the process with chocolate cake.
5 On a serving plate, place frosted orange layer, frosting up place frosted chocolate layer, frosting up, on top.
6 Add the unfrosted orange layer.
7 Spread the orange layer, with 2/3 cup whipped-cream mixture ; then add remaining chocolate layer.
8 With the remaining whipped cream mixture, frost the top and sides of the cake.
9 Sprinkle 1 tablespoon grated orange peel over top.
10 Refrigerate until dessert time.
11 Cut and serve.
