Banana and Chocolate fudge cake

A rich, chocolate and banana fudge cake - delicious.
Ingredients
  Very ripe bananas 4
  Eggs 3
  Cocoa powder 100 Gram
  Castor sugar 150 Gram
  Rice flour 150 Gram
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Use 1 Splash)
  Chocolate chips 100 Gram
  Dried cranberries/Sultanas / currents / chopped dates / whatever desired 100 Gram
Directions

Preheat oven to 200 c

Mash bananas and beat the eggs - use a food processor if you have one.
Add all the other ingrediants except choc chips and blend together until you have a very smooth batter. Stir in choc chips and fruit.
Pour into a greased, lined cake tin.

Spoon into cake tin. Put in oven and turn oven down to 130 c. Cook for 3/4 hour then check with a skewer. Cake should be sticky but firm. Allow to cool down before turning out of tin.

Eat with ice cream.
