Quick Coffee Cake
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce|
|Biscuit mix||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
1 Combine all coffee cake ingredients, except 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon, in medium mixing bowl; mix well. Divide dough in half; spread half in 9-inch round glass baking dish. Sprinkle Filling over top. Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls over Filling (filling will show through). Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.
2 Microwave 10 minutes on 5 (MEDIUM).
3 Microwave 4 to 6 minutes on HIGH, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 2 minutes.
4 Filling: Combine biscuit mix and brown sugar in small mixing bowl; cut in butter. Stir in nuts. About 6 Servings
