Applesauce Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 2
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream brown sugar & butter together.
Dissolve baking soda in applesauce; add to above, mixing well.
Sift flour, then add (slowly) with all other ingredients to above mix; mix well.
Bake in greased & floured pans at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
