Coffee Ice Cream Cake
|Angel food cake||17 Ounce (1 In Number)|
|Coffee ice cream||1 Quart|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate square||1 Ounce (Semisweet / Unsweetened, 1 Square)|
Cut cake in 3 horizontal layers and put back together with ice cream between layers.
Put in freezer, then whip cream with sugar until stiff.
Spread on top and sides of cake and freeze until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with chocolate shaved with vegetable peeler.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
