Coffee Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
  Angel food cake 17 Ounce (1 In Number)
  Coffee ice cream 1 Quart
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate square 1 Ounce (Semisweet / Unsweetened, 1 Square)
Directions

Cut cake in 3 horizontal layers and put back together with ice cream between layers.
Put in freezer, then whip cream with sugar until stiff.
Spread on top and sides of cake and freeze until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with chocolate shaved with vegetable peeler.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
