Crumb Topping

  Dry bread slice 12
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste

In food processor or by hand, finely chop bread slices.
In large bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic and parsley, mixing well.
Gradually stir in a small amount of oil, adding more if necessary, to evenly moisten crumbs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and store in refrigerator until needed. (Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week and can be frozen for longer storage.)
