Banana And Walnut Layer Cake

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 Large
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Warm water 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bananas 5 Large
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Walnut halves 4
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°.
Separate eggs.
Beat yolks with sugar and water till light and fluffy.
Sift flour with baking powder and add to yolk mixture alternately with milk.
Melt butter and add.
Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mixture.
Spoon into a greased and lined 8 inch round deep cake pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Whip the cream till thick.
Peel and slice the bananas.
Cut the cake into three layers.
Put back together with most of the cream and banana slices and the chopped walnuts.
Decorate the top with the rest of the cream and bananas and walnut halves.
Serve immediately.
