Fish Cakes

Ingredients
  Fish 500 Gram, boiled and flaked
  Egg 1
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 3 , soaked in water and squeezed dry
  Tomatoes 100 Gram
  Onions 2 Medium, minced
  Garlic flakes 3 , minced
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch, minced
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Handful)
  Green chilies 4 , minced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat 2 tblsps oil and fry ginger, garlic, onions and chillies till soft.
Add the peeled tomatoes and cook till soft and dry.
Remove from fire and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Knead till smooth.
Form into oval cutlets.
Roll in crumbs and deep fry to a golden colour.
