Golden Cakes

Ingredients
  Flour 8 Ounce
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Margarine 4 Ounce
  Sugar 4 Ounce
  Eggs 3
  Marmalade 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon icing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Grease eighteen queen cake or deep patty tins.
2. Sieve flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Cream fat and sugar.
4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating each in well before adding the next.
5. Stir in the marmalade. Fold in the dry ingredients.
6. Half fill prepared tins. Bake at 375°F - Gas Mark 5.
7. Cool on a wire tray. Top each with lemon glace icing.
