Peanut Butter Streusel Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), lightly packed
  Chunky peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Semisweet chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chocolate glaze 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanuts 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
Directions

Grease and flour a 13" x 9" baking pan; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixer bowl, combine flour and brown sugar.
Mix in peanut butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly.
Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside.
To remaining mixture, add eggs, baking powder, baking soda, milk and vanilla.
Beat with electric mixer on medium speed about 3 minutes.
Spoon half of batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with reserved cup of peanut butter mixture, then with chocolate pieces.
Top with other half of cake batter.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan.
Prepare Chocolate Glaze.
Spread on cooled cake.
Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
Chocolate Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine butter or margarine with chocolate pieces and milk.
Cook over low heat until chocolate melts.
Remove from heat.
Stir in powdered sugar.
