Christmas Fruit Cake Cookies

Ingredients
  Oleo/Butter 6 Tablespoon (3/4 Stick)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet mil
  Soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 1/2. tablespoons sweet milk
  Sweet milk 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For Dissolving The Soda)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Reserve 1/2 Cup For Mixing With Fruit)
  Whiskey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White raisins 1⁄2 Pound
  Dates 1 Pound, chopped
  Candied pineapple slices 4
  Candied fruit peel mix 1⁄2 Pound
  Candied cherries 1 Pound
  Pecans 1 Quart, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, place the oleo, butter and brown sugar. Cream well
3. Add the eggs, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, soda and milk and mix well
4. Add the flour while alternating with the whiskey
5. Add the fruit that has been dredged in flour and pecans
6. Spoon out this mixture on to a cookie sheet covered with foil and bake for 12-20 minutes or till done

SERVING
7. Serve warm or at room temperature
