|Unflavored yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped|
|Rhubarb sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened and drained|
|Sweetened rhubarb sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), drained|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl with the whipped cream, gently fold the yogurt until well blended.
2) Stir in the rhubarb sauce and lemon juice, mix thoroughly.
3) Use as required.
