Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sifted
  Sour milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Graham flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix together flour, cinnamon, baking soda & baking powder.
Add milk, molasses & beaten egg, mix well.
Add enough graham flour to make a soft dough.
Drop from spoon into deep hot fat (365 degrees).
Fry until golden brown on both sides; sugar while still warm.
