Sugar-Free Oat Cakes
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
Combine margarine, rolled oats, flour, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl and rub them into crumbs between hands.
Add milk and cheese.
Mix lightly to combine.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350Â°F for 12-14 minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve as a sugar free snack.
