Sugar-Free Oat Cakes

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Quick rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

Combine margarine, rolled oats, flour, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl and rub them into crumbs between hands.
Add milk and cheese.
Mix lightly to combine.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350°F for 12-14 minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve as a sugar free snack.
