Blackberry Jam Cake Frosting

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Butter 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Pecans 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, combine all the ingredients, except pecans.
2) Cook until the mixture forms a soft ball in water or till a candy thermometer registers 234 degrees.
3) Remove from heat and beat until creamy. Do not overcook icing.
4) Now, add pecans.

SERVING
5) Frost between the layers, on top and sides of the cake, as desired.
