Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Baking powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Pound
  Currants 1 Pound
  Mixed peel 2⁄3 Pound
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) Cream together the sugar and butter.
3) Add the molasses and eggs. Mix properly.
4) Boil the apricots and allow them to cool.
5) Add the cooled apricots to the prepared mixture.
6) Add the dry ingredients and then add the fruits.
7) Bake the batter in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours.

SERVING
8) Serve as preferred.
