Sour Cream Coconut Cake
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Plain flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Angel flake coconut||1 Can (10 oz)|
1) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2) In a bowl, cream butter and sugar.
3) Gradually, add eggs.
4) To this, add the dry ingredients along with sour cream.
5) Finally, add vanilla and coconut.
6) To a greased and floured large tube pan, pour the batter.
7) Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
8) Slice and serve at room temperature, as required.
