Sour Cream Peach Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Peaches 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

MAKING
2) Cream together the sugar and shortening till the mixture is fluffy and light.
3) Add the sour cream, vanilla and eggs.
4) Combine together all the dry ingredients.
5) Stir the dry mixture into a sour cream mixture.
6) Fold the peaches into the concoction.
7) Turn the batter into a bundt pan.
8) Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes, till the cake springs right back when lightly pressed.

SERVING
9) Serve as preferred.
