Chocolate Cherry Truffle Cake

  Sweetened condensed milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Rest Of The Sweetened Condensed Milk From The Can For Glaze And Garnish)
For cake
  Chocolate cake mix with pudding 15 1⁄4 Ounce (Fudge Cake, 1 Box)
  Chocolate pudding cake mix 15 1⁄4 Ounce (With Pudding,1 Box)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix 4 Ounce (1 Box)
  Maraschino cherries 15 Ounce, drained, chopped (1 Jar)
For glaze and garnish
  Semisweet chocolate chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Teaspoon
  Maraschino cherries 3 , drained (To Garnish)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a twelve cup fluted tube with shortening and dust with flour

2. In a mdeium mircowave safe bowl, microwave all the ngredients for filling on HIGH for half an hour or more, stirring them every fifteen seconds till molten and smooth; set aside
3. In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, water, oil, half a teaspoon of almond extract, eggs and pudding mix together using an electric mixer at low speed, scrape the sides every few second
4. Fold the chopped cherries into it adn spoon it into the pab, spreading it evenly; also add the filling in a ring over the batter
5. Bake for fifty minutes till it passes the cake test; make sure the top of the cake feels firm and it pulls away from the sides; allow to cool for fifteen minutes
6. Place it on a heatproof plate, invert the plate and pan, remoe the pan and cook the ake for another hour
7. In a one-quart saucep[an, heat all the ingredients for the glaze barring the milk nad stior around till the chocolate melts and the mixture turns smooth
8. Pour the glaze over the cake and drizzle over the sides as well; if the glaze is too thick, mix a teaspoon of milk into it

9. Decorate with maraschino cherries and serve
