Buttermilk Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cocoa 3 Tablespoon (Heaping Spoon)
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Grease & flour cake pan.
Sift & mix together sugar, flour, cocoa, salt & baking soda.
Combine oil, buttermilk, egg & vanilla; mix well & add to dry mix.
Beat until smooth & velvety.
Add hot water, mix well, and pour into cake pan.
Bake for 55 minutes at 325 degrees.
Let cool short time (10-15 minutes), then turn out.
Use frosting of your choice.
