  Whole wheat flour 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Bran 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Brewers yeast 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Lecithin granules 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Wheat germ 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, freshly grated
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Safflower oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Buttermilk/Yogurt 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Blackstrap molasses 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Raisins 175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Corn oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Honey 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Rolled oats 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Wheat germ 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Bran 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lecithin granules 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake dry ingredients.
3. In a small bowl, beat egg and add oil, buttermilk and molasses; beat again.
4. Stir in raisins with the dry ingredients until they are coated.
5. Add the egg mixture to dry ingredients; stir only until ingredients are blended.
6. Grease an 8 X 8-inch (20-cm) baking pan with oil.
7. In another bowl, combine the topping ingredients.

MAKING
8. Into the greased pan, pour the batter.
9. Sprinkle the topping mixture over the batter.
10. Bake cake for 30-35 minutes.

SERVING
11. Serve warm.
