Orange Cake

Ingredients
  Eggs 8 (Separated)
  Sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, beat egg yolks along with two thirds a cup of sugar and salt
2. In a small bowl, combine the flour and orange rind and add it to the yolk mixture alternately with the orange juice
3. Beat egg whites with sugar and fold into the yolk and orange mixture
4. Add it to an ungreased angle food cake tin and bake for an hour at 325°F

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
