Honey-Butter Coffee Cake
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherry halves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pecan halves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Refrigerator buttermilk biscuits||2 Can (20 oz)|
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
2) Take a 9 or 10 inch skillet and melt butter in it.
3) Stir in cherries, pecans and honey.
4) Separate the biscuits and place over-lapping on the honey mixture.
5) Bake for about 35 minutes or until brown in color.
6) Invert onto a serving plate.
