Coffee Log Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Instant coffee 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder; beat egg yolks with three quarters cup of sugar and vanilla and add it to the flour mix
2. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the flour mixture
3. With buttered wax paper, line a long jelly roll tin and pour the batter into it; bake at 350°F for fifteen minutes
4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a towel and place the cake on it when done
5. In a bowl, mix the whipped cream with the rest of the sugar and instant coffee; spread it over the cake
6. Roll the cake lengthwise and allow to chill in the refrigerator

SERVING
7. Use the butter frosting to frost and serve
