|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apples||3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together; set aside.
Combine oil, sugar and eggs in bowl; mix well with wooden spoon.
Stir in vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips.
Add flour mixture; mix well.
Fold in apples; batter will be very thick.
Spoon into ungreased tube pan.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or just until cake tests done.
Cool on wire rack.
Invert onto cake plate.
