Twenty-Five Minute Angel Food Cake

In a hurry...but still want to bake a cake?? Try this quick twenty-five minute Angel food cake. Baking made simple and easy, that's what this experience is all about!!
Ingredients
  Egg whites 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cake flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), sifted
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, add egg whites and salt and beat till frothy.
3) Add in the cream of tartar and beat till the egg whites form soft peaks.
4) Gradually add in the sugar while beating.
5) Continue beating till stiff peaks.
6) Gently fold in the cake flour and add in the vanilla and lemon extract.
7) Add mix into the angel food cake pan.
8) Place in oven for 25 minutes.
9) Invert to cool before removing from the pan.

SERVING
10) Slice and serve topped with cream and strawberries.
