Crunchy Butter Crumb Cake

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Ounce
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 8 Ounce
  Demerara sugar 4 Ounce
  Nibbed almonds 2 Ounce
  Frozen blackberry and apple puree 1 Pint, thawed
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Decoration)
  Nibbed almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted (Few Extra Required For Decoration)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large frying pan and ,melt butter in it
2. To it, add the breadcrumbs and let them attain a brown colour
3. Remove rfrom the flame, add in the sugar and almonds, mixing well
4. In a glass serving dish, make alternate layers of crumbs and puree and finish with crumbs

SERVING
5. Top with whipped cream and toasted almonds before serving
