Orange And Cardamom Cake

Ingredients
  Oranges 2
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Cardamom 1 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

MAKING
1. Grating the zest from the oranges squeeze the juice.
2. Combine and set aside.
3. Into a bowl sift the flour and baking powder and mix in the sugar and cardamon.
4. Whip up the eggs, add the olive oil, orange juice and zest and stir into the dry ingredients.
5. Into a greased cake or loaf pan turn and let it cook for 45-50 minutes at 350F/180C (or takes 20 minutes if you use smaller pans).
6. It is good warm or cold.
SERVING
7. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
